According to the developer, Sobha Siniya Island is about a 50-minute drive from Dubai, 30 minutes from Sharjah and 10 minutes from Al Marjan Island.
Payment Plan
The 60/40 plan is 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% at handover. Service charges are listed at AED 4 per sq ft.
