Selene Beach Residences is one of the buildings that make up Beach Residences, alongside Delphine, Coraline and Aquamarine. The towers are arranged to face the golf course and the natural beach, and the setting combines shoreline, lagoon and green space on one of Umm Al Quwain's largest coastal developments.

A 1.7 km bridge links Sobha Siniya Island to the mainland. According to the developer, Marjan Island is about 10 minutes away, Sharjah about 30 minutes and Dubai about 50 minutes.
